"CONTINUED GROWTH MANDATES FTP CREATION"

Odin Fills FTP--Hires Shepherd

AMERICAN FORK, Utah, (November 2007) - Odin Development (an innovative, online development and integrations company), announced that it has filled a recently created another full-time position. The Senior Developer position (the fourth full-time position created by Odin in the past 12 months) was filled with the hire of Chris Shepherd.

Shepherd is an intelligent developer that brings great experience in a young career to Odin's development team. His resume already includes stints at companies with the following ilk: Unisys, Franklin Covey and First Health of Utah.

"Hiring Chris is another significant chapter in our growth story; one that is the industry's feedback telling us our unique approach is strategically effective," said Gary Norton, Odin Development's president. "We are looking forward to Chris' contribution to our innovation and our culture."

Shepherd has been tasked to continue his track record of innovative development while providing a company wide resource as a technically competent self-starter.

Most recently, Shepherd led a team of seven developers in the creation of web applications for Franklin Covey. He was the lead architect on the Global Assessment System-a program that enabled exchange in all languages including support of double byte characters as well as bi-directional languages.

For Unisys, Shepherd worked as a Systems Analyst focusing on automation and infrastructure. Shepherd designed automated IS solutions that improved monitoring efficiency. He also developed an interactive web based system for documentation and training that was implemented by that company's internal monitoring and operations department.

Shepherd has also worked as a computer operator for First Health of Utah. He managed daily and emergency procedures for vital systems. He managed processes, backups, and file recoveries for mainframes as well as authored UNIX shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and reduce human error.

Shepherd is also a proven leader and self-starter in the pursuit of his hobbies. In 1990, due to intrigue with the conceptual design of the rotary engine, he purchased his first RX-7 (a sports car manufactured by Mazda ®); a budding fascination began. His leadership was evident when he soon created SLCrotary.com; an active enthusiasts group of hundreds that provides an array of topical advice for other like-minded rotary engine enthusiasts. He secured and developed the site (www.slcrotry.com) and continues an active role.

"Chris is a sharp young developer," said Norton. "We are impressed with Chris' well-rounded approach to life-that is important to our culture and our corporate success. And his technical capabilities clearly indicate he is qualified to make significant contributions to our client work.

His educational background includes degrees from Dixie State College and the University of Utah; he graduated in 2001 and 2005 respectively. His degree from the University of Utah is a BS in Business Management; he was a member of the Dean's Honor list for the semesters of the 2004 to 2005 school years.
